Shipping
Full credit card billing address must match the full address of the shipping.
We require an Adult Signature when receiving packages.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing and verification, and (an additional 7 - 10 business days for ground or 2 - 4 business days for express mail) for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the states of New York and California.
For deliveries in New York state:
all apparel including hats, (See the attachment) under $110 (yes) is tax exempt;
for apparel and hats, (See the attachment) over $110 (yes), the applicable tax rate is 8.875%;
bags and accessories are not considered apparel and are taxable. The applicable tax rate for bags and accessories is 8.875%.
Shoes are categorized as apparel so the tax rate is 8.875% if it's over $110.
For deliveries in the state of California sales tax is charged at 9.75% for all items. Cost of shipping is also taxed at 9.75%
Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to any other state.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
