I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for ground or 2 - 4 business days for express mail delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email shop@gommiarcade.com with any questions regarding your order. We will do our best to reply to your question(s) within 48 hours.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular account payments via PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not accept payment by check.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

Yes, you can place an order.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please add your e-mail to the mailing list to receive product release updates.

Can I order something I see in a different size or color?

Although most items listed are part of a limited production run, we can sometimes accommodate requests for other colors or sizes. Please send inquiries to: shop@gommiarcade.com

Can I cancel an order?

Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Once the order and payment have been processed, it cannot be canceled.

What is your RETURN POLICY?

Currently, we are unable to accept any merchandise returns or exchanges.
